I know that this post will not receive very many views at all. I get that people want funny stuff, but I'm bored of it, thus why I haven't posted in forever. But I did find a good subject to talk about. The Emmy nominations came out not to long ago (TV awards for all the people who were just born 4 days ago), and WOW, I do not like what I see. Click over to this list (http://www.imdb.com/features/emmys/2007/emmys) to go along with me as I give you a list as to how dumb these "voters" really are.
Another hilarious video from funnyordie.com, this time it has Michael Cera (that kid from Arrested Development) getting into a fight with the director of Knocked Up. It looks kinda real since you can see the timecodes at the beginning, but the higher camera view pretty much tells you its fake. It still is pretty funny that Apatow and Cera thought of this, and I don't think they told Heigl either.
You may have been wondering what I have been up to since May 3rd. Well its finally done. I have created another Translucent Award. This time for Television. It has the obligatory top ten list, but also carries 11 other specialty catagories for which you can peruse. Check out the 1st Annual Translucent Television Awards over here. I hope it is as much fun reading it as it was creating it (ie: watching several TV shows from my chouch when I really should have been doing homework).
In this clip from Late Night, Conan takes a trip to the ILM studios in California. Chaos insues, as well as a puking C3PO, Destruction of priceless memorabilia, and an introduction to the outdoors. Funny in the EXTREME! (Video is in 2 Parts)
I found this little doozy featuring William Ferrell getting screamed at for rent by a little girl. Not exactly sure as to why the parents of the kid would her say such naughty naughty words, but its for comedy, so who cares right?
See, I told you that other one wouldn't be the "final" trailer for Spidey. This one here focuses, mostly, on Eddie Brock and the symbiote. You'd think that we'd get a full fledged shot of Venom here, but once again those crafty editors really don't give us a good look. I guess we'll have to wait for the movie on May 4th (2 days before my birthday. Coincidence? I think not).
A lot of trailers this week, I know, but important nonetheless. In this trailer we get a better look at Venom, and I say look in italics because we really don't actually see him as much as hear him. It is the supposed "final" trailer for Spider-Man 3. But seeing as it comes out in 2 months, I don't think it is really the final anything. I'm sure we will be seeing many more trailers later on. Check it out below, or go to spiderman3oncomcast.com for the HD Quicktime version.
Wow, I was not expecting this trailer to show up on the internets
today. I really like this trailer, but also dispise it at the same
time. After watching it, I thought to myself "DIDN'T JACK DIE AT THE
END OF THE SECOND MOVIE?!" Within the first ten seconds of the trailer
they give away the friggen surprise that they actually find him At World's End.
It's ridiculous, but I guess the marketing team didn;t think a
Jack-less trailer would bring in the kiddies (who are blissfully
unaware that Jac Sparrow used to have knives for fingers). Anyway here's the trailer:
